Complaints
Raising a grievance
If you are an existing client with a complaint, write to service@capitalscoperesearch.com with your name, registered contact number and a description of the issue. We acknowledge within 2 working days and resolve within 21 days.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate to SEBI through SCORES, and thereafter initiate dispute resolution on the SMART ODR portal. The full escalation matrix, with names, numbers and working hours at every level, is published on our compliance page.
Beware of impersonation. We will never call or message you asking for your trading, demat or bank login credentials, passwords or OTPs. We never accept cash, and we never ask for payment into the personal account of any individual, employee or agent.
